【隱和旅住宿相關服務設施及注意事項】

• 入住時間為當日15:00以後，退房時間為中午11:00以前。辦理入住時，請出示入住人身分證件及護照以便進行登記。
• 延遲退房至12:00將收取NT$200元整、最晚延遲退房至13:00將收取NT$400元整。延遲退房超過13:00將額外酌收退房日當天之一晚房費做為延遲退房之費用。若有續住需求請於中午11:00前聯繫櫃台告知並辦理續住手續。若於中午11:00後才告知續住需求，則需收取當晚房費及延遲退房之費用。
• 如續住請於每日下午14:00前按打掃燈。有按打掃燈房務人員才會進房打掃，若無按打掃燈，則不會進房打掃房間。
• 為了響應永續環保，愛護我們的地球，自2025/01/01起，不再主動提供一次性客房備品。
• 【不提供之一次性客房備品：牙刷、牙膏、梳子、刮鬍刀、浴帽】【客房內繼續提供之備品：毛巾、浴巾、洗髮精、沐浴精、紙拖鞋、茶包等】。
• 停車費為$100元/晚，車位數量有限，需提早預約，費用會於入住時現場付款 (若預約額滿，可協助詢問附近特約停車場，收費方式另計)。每房限預約一個，請務必來電告知詳細品牌+車款(EX：TOYOTA ALTIS)，車位會視情況安排，無法指定機械/平面車位。如有車位預約數量問題可先來電詢問04-27063123。為了您停車便利，建議您可先駕駛至飯店一樓大門口車道前，由櫃台人員依據車款安排停放至機械/平面停車場，住宿期間停車不限次數進出。
• 本館全面禁菸，客房內及客房陽台皆禁止吸菸(含電子菸及其他類菸品)。因衛生及安全考量，禁止攜帶任何寵物(導盲犬除外)。違者本飯店將收取該客房定價三日計費之復原暨清潔費用，如引起火災者，依刑法公共危險罪究責。
• 為維護住宿安全與環境品質，請務必遵守以下規定：

  一、禁止燃燒任何物品
  房內嚴禁點燃符咒、線香、檀香、蠟燭等。
  此類行為容易引發火災、觸發警報器，並造成異味與設備損壞。
  二、禁止烹煮食物
  房內不得使用任何爐具或電器烹煮、煎炸、燒烤。
  包含：電磁爐、卡式爐、瓦斯爐、電鍋、烤箱、氣炸鍋等。
  三、違規處理方式
  若發現燃燒或烹煮行為，將依規定酌收清潔與違規罰款。
  若行為造成火災或安全疑慮，本館將依法報警處理。
  以上違者本飯店將收取該客房定價三日計費之復原暨清潔費用，如引起火災者，依刑法公共危險罪究責。

• 住宿者為未成年人（未滿18歲），一人住宿旅遊或者同行者也為未成年人的情況下，辦理入住手續時，除個人證件外需攜帶提交同意書，若未提供，飯店有權拒絕入住。所有入住者需將文件提交給法定代理人簽名。 下載連結： 2025年未成年住宿同意書

• 貴重物品請隨身保管，若遺失本館不予負責。
• 為維護住宿品質，夜間22:00後請降低音量，避免影響其他旅客之權益。
• 遺失或損壞房卡，需付工本費NT$200元整。
• 禁止酗酒、轟趴、招妓或嗑藥等非法行為，如經發現一律報警處理。
• 房內之寢具家飾及備品，如遭毀損、遺失、嚴重髒污，除酌收清潔費且依照本館用品價目表賠償外，將保留法律追訴權。

【隱和旅住宿退訂取消政策】

若取消或更改入住日期，請於入住日前3日前通知訂房組，依照觀光局頒佈《定型化契約》規定，於預定住宿日前第一日至第二日取消訂房扣約定房價總金額百分之五十、若住宿日當日取消訂房扣房價預付訂金金額100%。訂房組專線：04-27063123。

【INNK HOTEL – Guest Information & Regulations】

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time: After 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM.
When checking in, please present your valid ID and passport for registration.

Late check-out until 12:00 PM will incur an additional charge of NT$200.
Late check-out until 1:00 PM will incur an additional charge of NT$400.
Check-out later than 1:00 PM will be charged an additional full night’s room rate as an extended stay fee.
If you wish to extend your stay, please inform the front desk before 11:00 AM and complete the extension procedure.
Requests for extension made after 11:00 AM will be charged for both the extended stay and the applicable late check-out fee.

For extended stays, please turn on the “Make Up Room” light before 2:00 PM daily.
Housekeeping will only clean the room when the light is turned on. If the light is not turned on, no cleaning will be performed.

Environmental Sustainability Policy
To support environmental sustainability and protect our planet, starting from January 1, 2025, we will no longer provide single-use guestroom amenities.

• Single-use items no longer provided: toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razor, shower cap.

• Amenities still provided in-room: towels, bath towels, shampoo, body wash, paper slippers, tea bags, etc.

Parking Information
Parking fee: NT$100 per night.
Parking spaces are limited and require advance reservation. Payment will be collected upon check-in.
(If parking is fully booked, we can assist in finding nearby partner parking lots; rates vary accordingly.)
Each room may reserve one parking space. Please call in advance to provide your vehicle make and model (e.g., TOYOTA ALTIS).
Parking type (mechanical or flat) will be arranged based on availability and cannot be specified.

For your convenience, we recommend driving up to the front entrance driveway upon arrival, where front desk staff will assist in directing you to the appropriate parking area.
During your stay, you may enter and exit the parking facility without limitation.

Hotel Policies
The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking (including e-cigarettes and other tobacco products) is prohibited in guest rooms and on balconies.
For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed (except for guide dogs).
Violations will incur a restoration and cleaning fee equivalent to three days of the room’s standard rate.
In the event of a fire, violators will be held accountable under the Criminal Code for Public Endangerment.

To maintain safety and environmental quality, please observe the following rules:

1. Prohibition of Burning Any Materials
Lighting incense, joss sticks, talismans, candles, or any other burning objects inside the room is strictly prohibited.
Such actions may cause fire hazards, trigger fire alarms, produce odors, and damage equipment.

2. Prohibition of Cooking
Cooking, frying, or grilling inside the room using any stove or electrical appliance is strictly prohibited.
This includes induction cookers, portable gas stoves, gas burners, rice cookers, ovens, air fryers, etc.

3. Violation Handling
If burning or cooking is detected, a cleaning and violation fine will be charged according to hotel policy.
If such behavior causes fire hazards or safety concerns, the hotel will report to the authorities.
Violators will be charged a restoration and cleaning fee equivalent to three days of the room’s standard rate.
If a fire occurs, violators will be prosecuted under the Criminal Code for Public Endangerment.

Minors Staying Policy
For guests under 18 years old staying alone or with other minors, a signed Parental Consent Form is required at check-in along with valid identification.
If the consent form is not provided, the hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in.
All documents must be signed by the legal guardian.

Additional Reminders

• Please keep all valuables with you; the hotel is not responsible for any loss.

• To maintain a pleasant stay for all guests, please keep noise levels down after 10:00 PM.

• Lost or damaged room cards will incur a replacement fee of NT$200.

• Drinking, parties, prostitution, and drug use are strictly prohibited. Any violations will be reported to the police immediately.

• Any damage, loss, or severe staining of bedding, furnishings, or amenities will result in cleaning fees and compensation based on the hotel’s price list.
  The hotel reserves the right to pursue legal action if necessary.

【INNK HOTEL – Cancellation and Refund Policy】
If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please notify the reservations team at least three days before your check-in date.
According to the “Standard Form Contract” announced by the Tourism Bureau:

• Cancellation made 1 to 2 days before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total room rate.

• Cancellation made on the check-in date will incur a 100% charge of the prepaid amount.
